What a show from Mother Nature this morning!
A waterspout was spotted in the Gulf of Mexico, off Indian Rocks Beach...
The waterspout led to a tornado warning in Hillsborough County. The National Weather Service says waterspouts can lead to tornadoes when they move ashore.
